Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to amend an existing agreement with Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. for additional Architectural Consulting Services related to the Public Works facility in an amount not to exceed $18,256 and authorizing and directing the appropriate City officials to execute a budget amendment to transfer the necessary funds for this work.

WHEREAS, The West Allis Common Council authorized an amendment to the Professional Service contract with Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. on February 5, 2019 (R-2019-0098) for Architectural Consulting Services related to Site Selection, Facility Programing and a Time Management Study for the City's DPW Municipal Garage in the amount of $51,500; and,
WHEREAS, The West Allis Common Council authorized an amendment to the Professional Service contract with Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. on March 5, 2019 (R-2019-0169) for Architectural Consulting Services related to the City Hall and Public Works facilities in the amount of $11,000; and,
WHEREAS, The West Allis Common Council authorized an amendment to the Professional Service contract with Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. on June 18, 2019 (R-2019-0405) for Architectural Consulting Services related to City Hall functions and Public Works functions and a potential combined Municipal Campus in the amount of $13,000; and,
WHEREAS, the City will need further assistance from Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. for additional Architectural Consulting Services related to the Public Works facility in an amount not to exceed $18,256.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that up to $18,256 is hereby approved for Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. for additional Architectural Consulting Services related to the Public Works facility to be charged to account 354-6052-533.31-02.
