Title

Ordinance to establish the salary of the Alderpersons of the City of West Allis for the four-year term of April 21, 2020 through April 15, 2024

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary range of each Alderperson of the City of West Allis on and after April 21, 2020, for the four-year term of April 21, 2020 through and including April 15, 2024, shall be as follows:

April 21, 2020, through December 31, 2020 - $10,000 Annually

The 2021 calendar year- $10,200 Annually

The 2022 calendar year- $10,400 Annually

The 2023 calendar year- $10,600 Annually

January 1, 2024, through April 15, 2024 - $10,800 Annually

The compensation established for each Alderperson as of 2024 shall remain in effect for ensuing terms unless changed.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect April 21, 2020, and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
