Appeal of David Lahrache to request a variance to have the location and minimum parking restrictions waived for the 8 person or less CBRF at the above location. Two parking spaces will be provided in front of the
current garage area which is proposed be converted to living space. The code does not allow for a parking in front of a home without a garage and the number off off-street parking spaces will be reduced to two. This is a CBRF with residence who do not drive or own vehicles. These two spaces will be for the care givers on site (one each shift).
