Resolution accepting work of State Contractors, Inc. for alley reconstruction and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2022 Project No. 12 for final payment in the amount of $1,500.

WHEREAS, State Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
State Contractors, Inc. - 2022 Project No.12
for the removal and reconstruction of concrete alley pavement, permeable pavement, storm underdrain, and utility adjustments in:
1. North/South alley between S. 113st St. to S. Wollmer Rd.: W. Ohio St. to W. Wildwood Ln.
2. N/S and E/W alley between S. 74th St. to S. 75st St.: W. National Ave. to W. Lapham St.
3. S. 99th St. to Eastern Dead End: W. Harrison Ave. to W. Cleveland Ave.
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
