Ordinance to impose parking restrictions on the 1400 Block of S. 94th St. and S. 95th St.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is removed:

Street: S. 94^th St.

Block: 1400 Blk (200’ South of W. Greenfield Ave. to 250’ South of W. Greenfield Ave.)

Side: East

Restriction: No Parking Anytime between December 1^st and March 31^st

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
