The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street: W. Rogers St.

Block: 11200 Block (from the driveway at 11225 W. Rogers St. to 100’ west of the driveway at 11225 W. Rogers St.)

Side: South

Restriction: No Parking Any Time

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
