Ordinance to adopt parking restrictions on the East side of the 400 block of S. 116th St.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street: S. 116th St.

Block: 400 Block (from 50’ north of the driveway at 448 S. 116^th St to 120’ north of the driveway at 448 S. 116th St.)

Side: East

Restriction: No Parking Any Time

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
