Resolution to amend the existing agreement with Donohue & Associates to provide Engineering Consulting Services for the 96th St. Pumping Station for an additional sum not to exceed $7,900.

WHEREAS, the City has an existing agreement with Donohue & Associates, Inc. for Engineering Consulting Services for the design and installation of an emergency generator system at the Fire Department Administration Building and Fire Station Number 3 in the amount of $92,231; and,
WHEREAS, the City will need further assistance from Donohue & Associates, Inc. to analyze alternate scenarios and prepare cost estimates for updating electrical equipment, and the installation of a new generator at the 96th St. Pumping Station.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that up to $7,900 is hereby approved for Donohue & Associates, Inc. for the engineering services required to analyze the installation of a generator located at the 96th St. Pumping Station; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into an amended agreement for Engineering Consulting Services with Donohue & Associates, Inc.; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funding for this Professional Services Agreement is budgeted in account 501-2901-537.30-02, Professional Services/Consultants.
