Resolution accepting work of Mid City Corporation for replacement of private lead service lines (LSL) at locations where the City of West Allis has previously replaced the utility-owned portion of the service line and authorizing final payment in the amount of $500 for 2018 Project No. 7.

WHEREAS, Mid City Corporation has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Mid City Corporation for the for replacement of private lead service lines (LSL) at locations where the City of West Allis has previously replaced the utility-owned portion of the service line
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
