Title

Resolution Constituting Relocation Orders, Pursuant to Secs. 62.22 and 32.05(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes, for the Laying Out, Relocation and Improvement of two intersections as part of the Highway Safety Improvement Program: S. 92 St. & W. Lincoln Ave. and S. 76th St. & W.  Becher St.

 

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the public interest that the 92nd & Lincoln and 76th & Becher intersections be laid out, relocated and improved (the "Project"); and,

 

WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes a Relocation Order in accordance with Sec. 32.05(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of the Project and is also a determination of necessity for that Project, in accordance with Secs. 62.22 and 32.07(2) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:

 

1.                     That the Relocation Orders as written directly on the Plats for the Projects, a copy of which are attached and made a part hereof, be and the same are hereby approved.

 

2.                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Relocation Orders on behalf of the City.

 

3.                     That a certified copy of this Resolution be filed with the Milwaukee County Clerk within twenty (20) days of its adoption and final approval.
