Resolution Granting a Privilege for Encroachment (Major) to New Owner Caminowa LLC for property located at 7211-13 W. Greenfield Ave. (Tax Key No. 453-0089-000).

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. R-2009-0264, adopted December 15, 2009, the City of West Allis granted to Suzanne Ball a certain Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of existing eight (8) exterior commercial grade sign lights (4 at each address) and an existing projecting canopy on the property located at 7211-13 W. Greenfield Ave. (“Privilege”); and,
WHEREAS, the property has now changed ownership to Caminowa LLC, who desires to retain the Privilege; and,
WHEREAS, the new owner of the property, Caminowa LLC, desires to include the installation of a projecting sign on the property located at 7211-13 W. Greenfield Ave.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis grants to Caminowa LLC the Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of the installation of a projecting sign, existing eight (8) exterior commercial grade sign lights (4 at each address) and an existing projecting canopy on the property located at 7211-13 W. Greenfield Ave.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that additional improvements on said area must require prior approval of the Board of Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Privilege on behalf of the City of West Allis.
