Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by removing the PDD-2, Planned Development District, Commercial and Industrial Districts Overlay Zone located at 66** W. National Ave.

 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

 

PART I.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended by removing/rescinding the PDD-2 Planned Development District Commercial and Industrial district overlay zone for the property located at 66** W. National Ave. (Tax Key No. 454-0648-000) and retaining the underlying C-3 Community Commercial District zoning.  The subject area is legally described as follows:

 

A tract of land located in the Northeast ¼ of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:

 

Lot 1of the Certified Survey map No. 8866.

 

Said land contains. 4.9385 Acres, more or less.

 

Said land being located at 66** W. National Ave., approximately described as south of W. National Ave. between S. 66 St. and the Union Pacific railroad spur track to W. Mitchell St.

 

Tax Key No.                     454-0648-000                       

 

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
