Ordinance to rescind parking restrictions on the north side of W. Becher Street from S. 74 St. to S. 75 St. 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is removed:

Street: W. Becher Street

Block: S. 74th Street to S. 75th Street

Side: North

Restriction: Remove all 2 Hour Parking, 8am to 6pm Signs

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
