WHEREAS, Thomas A. Mason Co., Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

 

Thomas A. Mason Co., Inc. - 2019 Project No. 16

 

for the surface preparation, containment and collection of waste materials, and the painting of the overpass at:

 

Union Pacific Railroad Bridge

S. 108th Street (WIS 100) at W. Manor Park Drive

 

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
