Resolution amending the fees for ambulance services provided by the West Allis Fire Department, effective August 1, 2020.
Body
WHEREAS, Section 5.03(7)(a) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code authorizes a fee to be charged whenever an ambulance of the City of West Allis shall convey a person; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted 2019 fees on January 2, 2018, by Resolution No. R-2018-0004; and
WHEREAS, the EMS fee rate will be updated as amended with a “BLS Supply rate”

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Basic Life Support ambulance fees are hereby amended and adopted effective August 1, 2020.
