Resolution to consider an amendment to the 2020 Capital Improvement Program relative to the Burnham Point Streetscape Project
Body
WHEREAS, under Resolution R-2019-0850, the Common Council approved the 2020 Capital Improvement Program; and,
WHEREAS, the approved 2020 Capital Improvement Plan included a Burnham Point Streetscape Project with a budget of $150,000 to be funded with Community Development Block Grant Funds; and,
WHEREAS, the Burnham Point Project received additional funding through the Community Development Block Grant process for a total $297,200; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis approved the FY 2020 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan by Resolution R-2020-0293; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Development recommends the increase of $147,200 supported through funds from the Community Development Block Grant program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the 2020 Capital Improvement Program is amended relative to the Burnham Point Streetscape Project increasing the budget from $150,000 to $297,200.
