Ordinance to amend the City of West Allis Salary Schedule due to the restructuring of the Information Technology Department

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The City of West Allis Salary Schedule (most recently amended by O-2020-0001) shall be amended as follows:

Remove:

IT Project Manager - Salary Grade L - Exempt

•                     Position was eliminated in December of 2019

Change:

Digital Services Supervisor to Network and Security Administrator

•                     Position moves from Salary Grade K - Exempt to Salary Grade L - Exempt

Software Solutions & Usability Supervisor to GIS Administrator

•                     Position remains at Salary Grade K - Exempt

GIS Technician to GIS Analyst 

•                     Position moves from Salary Grade G - Non-Exempt to Salary Grade I - Non-Exempt

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect as of March 17, 2020.
