The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned as follows: the property located at 6610 W. Greenfield Ave. (Tax Key No. 439-0001-032), 6512 W. Greenfield Ave. (Tax Key No. 439-0150-002) and 6500 W. Greenfield Ave. (Tax Key No. 439-0148-000) from M-1, Manufacturing District to C-3, Community Commercial District.
A tract of land located in the Southeast 1/4 and Southwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin describes as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Parcel 2, Certified Survey Map No. 7256; thence Northerly, 68.30 feet; thence Northeasterly, 90.13 feet; thence Northeasterly, 11.47 feet; thence Easterly, 164.30 feet, to the West property line of the Lot 6 in Block 2 of the First Continuation Of Soldiers Heights Subdivision; thence Northerly, 25.87 feet; thence Easterly, 195.60 feet, along the North property line of said Lot 6, to the centerline of South 56th Street; thence Southerly, 200.00 feet, along the said centerline to the centerline of West Greenfield Avenue; thence Westerly, 428.94 feet, along the centerline of West Greenfield Avenue; thence Northerly, 33.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said lands contains 1.78 Acres, more or less.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
