Title

Ordinance to Repeal Parking Restrictions on East Side of the 2300 Block of S. 109 St. and North Side of the 10800 Block of W. Flanders St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

                     Street: S. 109^th Street and W. Flanders Street

                     Block: The 2300 Block of 109^th Street and the 10800 Block of W. Flanders Street

                     Side: East Side of S. 109^th Street and North Side of W. Flanders Street

                     Restriction:  Repeal 3 Hour Parking Restrictions

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
