WHEREAS, D.C. Burbach, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

D.C. Burbach, Inc. - 2018 Project No. 10

for the installation of concrete pavement patching, concrete curb & gutter, storm sewer relay and utility adjustments in:

South 85^th Street from West Arthur Avenue to West Hayes Place

West Hayes Place from South 85^th Street to South 87^th Place

West Arthur Place from South 85^th Street to South 88^th Street

South 87^th Place from West Hayes Place to West Arthur Place

South 88^th Street from West Arthur Place to West Cleveland Avenue

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
