Resolution approving the 2020 Capital Improvement Program
Body
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Committee has prepared, submitted, and recommended a Capital Improvement Program for the year 2020, along with the draft plan for 2021-2024, wherein is listed all anticipated revenue and expenditures for said year, which program has been filed with the Common Council and is available for public inspection; and
WHEREAS, the Administration and Finance Committee has reviewed the 2020 Capital Improvement Program, in detail, at public meetings on November 5, 2019 and November 12, 2019, and requested that staff update the Capital Improvement Program to include proposed funding per the current version of the Program; and
WHEREAS, a draft plan, for the years 2021 through 2024, is included for informational purposes only, no formal action is required, and staff is recommending that this be placed on file at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the 2020 Capital Improvement Program, dated November 5, 2019, as amended on November 12, 2019, with regard to funding, is hereby approved with the funding included as listed in attached Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff will resubmit any funding request changes to Council if the need shall arise.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the draft plan for the years 2021 through 2024 be placed on file as a planning document until the next five year Capital Improvement Program is approved.
