Resolution approving a Lease Agreement by and between the City of West Allis and The LifeWay Church, located at 7515 W. National Ave., for parking in the Library lot

Body
WHEREAS, The LifeWay Church has an accepted offer to purchase the property at 7515 W. National Ave. (former Masonic Temple), to open a religious institution; and,

WHEREAS, the property at 7515 W. National Ave. has about thirty-five (35) stalls in the adjacent parking lot which does not meet the 210 parking stall requirement for that property; and,

WHEREAS, The LifeWay Church, desires to enter into a Lease Agreement, hereby attached, by and between the City of West Allis and The LifeWay Church, for said parking stalls.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached Lease Agreement, by and between the City of West Allis and The LifeWay Church, for the rental of all of the Library's parking stalls located on the east side of S. 75 St. and south of W. National Ave. on all Sundays between the hours of 8 AM and 1 PM for as long as The LifeWay Church occupies 7515 W. National Ave., be and the same is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of West Allis.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and is hereby authorized to make such non-substantive changes, modifications, additions and deletions to and from the various provisions of the contract, including any and all attachments, exhibits, addendums and amendments, as may be necessary and proper to correct inconsistencies, eliminate ambiguity and otherwise clarify and supplement said provisions to preserve and maintain the general intent thereof, and to prepare and deliver such other and further documents as may be reasonably necessary to complete the transactions contemplated therein.
