Resolution accepting work of Zignego Company, Inc. for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in S. 90th St. from W. Becher St. to W. Lincoln Ave. and W. Hayes Ave. from S. 84th St. to S. 88th St. in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms for final payment of 2017 Project No. 2 in the amount of $184,913.55 of the $2,091,716.85 total project cost.

WHEREAS, Zignego Company, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in:
South 90th Street from West Becher Street to West Lincoln Avenue
West Hayes Avenue from South 84th Street to South 88th Street
(PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1224, SP-1228, S-1572, S-1573, S-1574, S-1575, S-1576,
W-1352, W-1353, W-1354, W-1355, U-2621, U-2622, U-2623, U-2624)
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
