WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of UPI, LLC for 2019 Project No. 7 be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of UPI, LLC for 2019 Project No. 7 for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services, and utility adjustments in:

South 80th Street from West Grant Street to West Lincoln Avenue
South 87th Street from West Harrison Avenue to Dead End

PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1248, SP-1249, S-1618, U-2644, W-1388, X-898

for the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand, Three Hundred Seven and 00/100 dollars ($753,307.00)

be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordance with the prices submitted in their proposal and with the specifications of the City of West Allis, and that all other bids received for same be rejected; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That said improvements be installed with funding by Sanitary Sewer Funds, Storm Water Management Funds...
