Resolution to approve bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services, street lighting and utility adjustments in S. 55th St. from W. Mobile St. to W. Electric Ave., S. 58th St. from W. National Ave. to W. Greenfield Ave. and S. 59th St. from W. Mobile St. to W. Lincoln Ave. in the City of West Allis in the amount of $2,343,625.01.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for 2019 Project No. 3 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for 2019 Project No. 3 for:
installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services, street lighting and utility adjustments in:
South 55th Street from West Mobile Street to West Electric Avenue
South 58th Street from W. National Avenue to W. Greenfield Avenue
South 59th Street from W. Mobile Street to W. Lincoln Avenue
(PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1238, SP-1239, SP-1245, S-1616, S-1617, W-1384, W-1385, W-1386,
W-1387, U-2641, U-2642, U-2643, I-1009, X-895, X-897)
for the sum of Two Million, Three Hundred Forty-Three Thousand, Six Hundred Twenty-Five & 01/100 dollars ($2,343,625.01)
be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of ...
