WHEREAS, Zenith Tech, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Zenith Tech, Inc.  - 2017 Project No. 6

for the work on the Bike Share contract 2017-6, WisDOT Project ID 2995-01-76 for removals, excavation, base aggregate, concrete sidewalk, electrical work, traffic control and all incidental items necessary to prepare bike share sites for installation of equipment by others at the following locations:

Summit Place Station:  W. Washington Street at Summit Place

City Hall Station:  City parking lot on S. 75^th Street south of W. Greenfield Avenue

S. 70^th Street & W. Greenfield Avenue

Six Points Crossing & W. Greenfield Avenue

S. 63^rd Street & W. Greenfield Avenue

Library Station:  S. 75^th Street & W. National Avenue

Veteran’s Park Station:  S. 70^th Street & W. National Avenue

Farmers Market Station:  Southeast corner of S. 66^th Street & W. Greenfield Avenue; and,

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
