Resolution relative to accepting the proposal from Granicus for an extension to the existing contract for Legistar Solution services for a three-year term at a net sum of $33,386.08.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of West Allis has used the Legistar solution from Granicus for legislative and agenda and minute management since 2002; and
WHEREAS, the City approved an agreement on June 10, 2014 to continue using the Granicus Legistar product through June of 2019, which included an update to Legistar 5; and
WHEREAS, the City is heavily invested in this product and wishes to continue with its services; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk received a proposal from Granicus to extend the existing contract through June 30, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the quote from Granicus, dated April 10, 2019, for providing Legistar services for the City of West Allis, for the net sum of $33,386.08, be and is hereby accepted. This will be charged to Account No. 100-1501-517.32-01. The quote from Granicus is for a three-year term. The annual payments for years two and three will be part of the City Clerk General Account budget requests for years 2020 and 2021.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized to sign the proposal for the aforesaid services.
