Resolution to approve a Use Agreement between the City of West Allis (“City”) and the West Allis-West Milwaukee Recreation and Community Services Department of the School District of West Allis-West Milwaukee, et al. (“Department”) for use of McKinley Park.
Body
WHEREAS, the West Allis-West Milwaukee Recreation and Community Services Department (“Department”) has requested use of McKinley Park as specified in the Term of the Use Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Department and City agree to adhere to the Use Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Use Agreement by and between the West Allis-West Milwaukee Recreation and Community Services Department and the City of West Allis, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Officers be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Use Agreement on behalf of the City of West Allis.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized to make such non- substantive changes, modifications, additions and deletions to and from the various provisions of the User Agreement, including any and all attachments, exhibits, addendums and amendments, as may be necessary and proper to correct inconsistencies, eliminate ambiguity, and otherwise clarify and supplement said provisions to preserve and maintain the general intent thereof, and to prepare and deliver such other and further documents as may be reasonably necessary to complete the transactions contemplated therein.
