Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to sign Addendum #1 to a Professional Service Contract with Baxter & Woodman, Inc. for Engineering Services for facilities condition of the pole building at Reservoir Park for an amount not to exceed $5,000.

WHEREAS, the West Allis Common Council adopted Resolution No. 2017-0234 authorizing a Professional Service Contract with Baxter & Woodman, Inc. for Engineering Services to provide a comprehensive evaluation and report on the condition of the City’s reservoir and booster pump station located at 1725 S. 96^th Street and the pump station at 1981 S. 84^th Street for an amount not to exceed $40,000; and,

WHEREAS, the City will need further assistance from Baxter & Woodman, Inc. to provide facilities condition of the pole building at Reservoir Park.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis to approve an addendum to provide facilities condition of the pole building at Reservoir Park to the existing agreement with Baxter & Woodman, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $5,000.  Funds for this study will be transferred from Account Number 501-2709-537-7705 (Water Utility, Maintenance of Meters, Capital Items) to Account Number 501-2706-537-3002 (Water Utility, Maintenance of Reservoir/Standpipes, Consulting Services).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to sign Addendum #1 on behalf of the City of West Allis.
