Title

Resolution approving (1) 2018 Open Purchase Order Carryovers, (2) 2018 Departmental/Citywide Carryovers, (3) 2018 Fund Transfers, and (4) 2018 Fund Balance Designations. 

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis is in the final stage of closing its 2018 fiscal year; and

WHEREAS, certain accounting transactions need to be completed in advance of closing out the year; and

WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the following: (1) 2018 Open Purchase Order Carryovers, (2) the 2018 Department Carryovers, (3) the 2018 Fund Transfers, and (4) 2018 Fund Balance Designations. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached report of carryovers, fund transfers, and fund balance designations be and hereby are approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is authorized and directed to complete such carryovers, transfers, and designations.
