Title

Resolution approving three Government/Municipal/Public Funds Banking Resolutions to authorize City of West Allis signers on the three First Business Bank bank accounts.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis does business with First Business Bank; and

WHEREAS, all of the existing signers on the account are no longer with the City of West Allis; and

WHEREAS, First Business requires these specific resolutions to be approved by Council in order for existing City of West Allis employees to be able to authorize transactions. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the three attached Government/Municipal/Public Funds Banking Resolutions to authorize City of West Allis signers on the three First Business Bank bank accounts be and hereby are approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City Officials execute the attached forms per Council approval.
