Resolution to approve bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services, street lighting and utility adjustments in S. 80th St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. National Ave. and S. 75th St. from North of W. Walker St. to W. Washington St., in the amount of $3,513,725.84.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for 2019 Project No. 4 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for 2019 Project No. 4 for:
installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services, street lighting and utility adjustments in:
South 80th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West National Avenue
South 75th Street from North of West Walker Street to West Washington Street

for the sum of Three Million, Five Hundred Thirteen Thousand, Seven Hundred Twenty-Five & 84/100 dollars ($3,513,725.84)
