Ordinance to amend the Official West Allis Zoning Map by removing the PDD-2, Commercial Overlay District from Lot 1 of the property located at 1010, 1040, 1126, & 1304 S 70 St.

 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

 

PART I.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended by removing/rescinding the PDD-2 Commercial Overlay District from Lot 1 of the property located at 1010, 1040, 1126, & 1304 S 70 St. (Tax Key No. 439-0001-026) and retaining the underlying C-3 Community Commercial District zoning.  The subject area is legally described as follows:

 

A tract of land being located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 34, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin describes as follows:

 

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Parcel 3, Certified Survey Map No. 6388; thence North 01°04’08” West, 995.88 feet, to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 01°04’08” West, 236.88 feet to the point on convex curve; thence 31.35 feet along the arc of the said curve with a radius of 19.89 feet, chord bearing North 44°05’06.5” East and chord length 28.21 feet; thence North 89°14’21” East, 148.50 feet; thence South 01°05’07” East, 255.98 feet; thence South 88°54’06” West, 168.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.

 

Said land contains 0.989 Acres, more or less.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
