Title

Ordinance to repeal Section 2.25(3)(b) and to amend Section 2.52(4)(h) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code regarding the creation of Farmers Market Committee fees.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

Part I.  Section 2.25(3)(b) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby repealed.

Part II. Section 2.52(4)(h) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is amended by adding language pertaining to creation of Farmers Market Committee fees at 2.52(4)(h)1.c. to read as follows:

c.                     Fees and rates for use of stalls and stands or rental of the entire premises or part thereof shall be established within the most current Schedule of Fees resolution.

Part III. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part IV. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
