Resolution to set a Schedule of Fees for the City of West Allis.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of West Allis authorizes and establishes fees for various licenses, permits and services; and
WHEREAS, these fees are currently established within various sections of the Municipal Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis wishes to establish fees for various licenses, permits and services by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis has determined that creating a Schedule of Fees will create one central location; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis has determined that setting fees by resolution will result in cost savings in publication and staff time by no longer needing to adopt various ordinances when fees are to be amended; and
WHEREAS, the Administration and Finance Committee has reviewed the Schedule of Fees and recommends its adoption.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of West Allis hereby adopts a Schedule of Fees for the City of West Allis and that those fees are set forth on the attached Exhibit “A”.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution may be amended from time to time based upon action of the Common Council.
