The City's consultant, McKinstry, will present their Action Plan for the Municipal Yards. The Action Plan for replacement of the Public Works Facility will include identification of operational inefficiencies, requirements for a new facility to ensure it safely and effectively meets current needs with flexibility for future needs, various options for replacement (location, stages), cost estimates for project options and estimated timeline for planning and implementation.
