Title

Ordinance to amend the Official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning the property located at 1800 S. 92 St. from C-2, Neighborhood Commercial District to M-1, Manufacturing District.

 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

 

PART I.                     The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned as follows: 1800 S. 92nd St. (Tax Key No. 451-1002-000) from C-2, Neighborhood Commercial District to M-1, Manufacturing District.

 

Tax Key No. 451-1002-000 (1800 S. 92nd St.)

 

All the land of the owner being located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, described as follows:

 

Parcel 2 of the Certified Survey Map No. 7468.

 

Said land contains portions of City right-of-way.

 

PART II.                      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III.                      This ordinance shall be subject to the Common Council’s passage of the applicable land use map amendment ordinance certifying consistency with the official land use plan for the City of West Allis, and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
