Resolution accepting work of Faith Technologies for furnishing and installing the replacements for existing lamps and/or fixtures with new DLC approved LED lighting in five City buildings in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms for final payment of 2017 Project No. 23 in the amount of $4,000.00 of the $182,887.21 total project cost.

WHEREAS, Faith Technologies has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Faith Technologies - 2017 Project No. 23
for furnishing and installing the replacements for existing lamps and/or fixtures with new DLC approved LED lighting including the removal of lamps, ballasts, and fixtures; installation of controls, conduit and wiring in some locations for automatic shut-off; and collecting and providing any documents needed from Focus on Energy as required for the City to receive anticipated incentive money for installations at:

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
