Resolution approving the 2019 Capital Improvement Program.
Body
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Committee has prepared, submitted, and recommended a Capital Improvement Program for the year 2019, along with the draft plan for 2020 - 2023, wherein is listed all anticipated revenue and expenditures for said year, which program has been filed with the Common Council and is available for public inspection; and
WHEREAS, the Administration and Finance Committee has reviewed the 2019 Capital Improvement Program, in detail, at a public meeting on October 29, 2018, and requested that staff update the Capital Improvement Program to include proposed funding per the current version of the Program; and
WHEREAS, a draft plan, for the years 2020 through 2023, is included for informational purposes only, no formal action is required, and staff is recommending that this be placed on file at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the 2019 Capital Improvement Program, as of October 29, 2018, as amended on November 15, 2018, with regard to funding, is hereby approved with the funding included as listed in attached Exhibit “A”.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff will resubmit any funding request changes to Council if the need shall arise.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the draft plan for the years 2020 through 2023 be placed on file as a planning document until the next five year Capital Improvement Program is approved.
