Cleveland Ave.; N/S and E/W alley between S. 77 St.-S. 78 St., Union Pacific Railroad to W. Hicks St.; N/S alley between S. 58 St.-S. 59 St., W. Mitchell St. to W. Burnham St.; and N/S alley between S. 60 St.-S. 61 St., W. Greenfield Ave. to W. Orchard St. by removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer and storm underdrain.

WHEREAS, It is proposed to improve the alleys as hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis:
1. In the judgment of the Common Council it is necessary and in the best interests of the City and the property affected thereby that the N/S and E/W alley between S. 91 St.-S. 92 St., W. Montana Ave. to W. Dakota St.; N/S alley between S. 90 St.-S. 91 St., W. Rogers St. to W. Becher St.; E/W alley between S. 94 St.-S. 96 St., W. Harding Pl. to W. Cleveland Ave.; N/S and E/W alley between S. 77 St.-S. 78 St., Union Pacific Railroad to W. Hicks St.; N/S alley between S. 58 St.-S. 59 St., W. Mitchell St. to W. Burnham St.; and N/S alley between S. 60 St.-S. 61 St., W. Greenfield Ave. to W. Orchard St. be improved by removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer and storm underdrain.
2. The Common Council declares its intention to exercise its police power under Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 66, Subchapter VII, to levy special assessments upon property for the foregoing municipal purposes. The limits of the proposed assessment district shall be generally the property abutting the alleys proposed to be improved.
