WHEREAS, the City needs to obtain funds for the public purpose of financing sanitary sewer improvements.

RESOLVED that the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, borrow an amount not to exceed $3,225,000 by issuing its general obligation bonds for the public purpose of financing sanitary sewer improvements.
