Resolution to approve a Use Agreement between the City of West Allis (“City”) and the West Allis West Milwaukee School District and West Allis West Milwaukee Recreation and Community Services for use of the City of West Allis Klentz Park West baseball/softball diamond and bathroom facility.
Body
WHEREAS, the West Allis West Milwaukee School District has requested use of the Klentz Park baseball/softball diamond annually from March 1 to May 20; and
WHEREAS, the District and City agree to adhere to the “Use Agreement.”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Use Agreement by and between West Allis West Milwaukee School District and the City of West Allis, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Officers be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Use Agreement on behalf of the City of West Allis.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized to make such non- substantive changes, modifications, additions and deletions to and from the various provisions of the Use Agreement, including any and all attachments, exhibits, addendums and amendments, as may be necessary and proper to correct inconsistencies, eliminate ambiguity, and otherwise clarify and supplement said provisions to preserve and maintain the general intent thereof, and to prepare and deliver such other and further documents as may be reasonably necessary to complete the transactions contemplated therein.
