Arthur Pl. to W. Cleveland Ave. in the City of West Allis in the amount of $275,753.50

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of DC Burbach, Inc. for 2018 Project No. 10 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of DC Burbach, Inc. for 2018 Project No. 10 for installation of concrete pavement patching, concrete curb & gutter, storm sewer relay and utility adjustments in:
South 85th Street from West Arthur Avenue to West Hayes Place
West Hayes Place from South 85th Street to South 87th Place
West Arthur Place from South 85th Street to South 88th Street
South 87th Place from West Hayes Place to West Arthur Place
South 88th Street from West Arthur Place to West Cleveland Avenue
(PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1236 & SP-1237)
for the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty-Three & 50/100 dollars ($275,753.50)
be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordance with the prices submitted in their proposal and with the specifications of the City of West Allis, and that all other bids received for same be rejected; and,
