Resolution Granting a Privilege for Encroachment (Major) to New Owner M3 Plus A, LLC for property located at 8802 West Becher Street  (Tax Key No. 478-0072-001).

 

Body

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 27103, adopted June 4, 2002, the City of West Allis granted to Melanie SanFillippo a certain Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of four, four feet eight inch wide metal canopies, extending and encroaching over the public sidewalk along the north side of West Becher Street (“Privilege”); and,

 

WHEREAS, the property has now changed ownership to M3 Plus A, LLC, who desires to retain the Privilege; and,

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis grants to M3 Plus A, LLC the Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of four, four feet eight inch wide metal canopies, extending and encroaching over the public sidewalk along the north side of West Becher Street on the property located at 8802 West Becher Street.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that additional improvements on said area must require prior approval of the Board of Public Works.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Privilege on behalf of the City of West Allis.
