Title

Resolution approving the 2018-2020 State Fair Park Crowd and Traffic Control Services Agreement.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis (“City”) has previously provided crowd and traffic control services to the Wisconsin State Fair Park; and

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis and Wisconsin State Fair Park Board have agreed to create and renew the agreement for these services pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 42.12.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the 2018-2020 State Fair Park Crowd and Traffic Control Services Agreement, attached hereto, is hereby accepted, and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City of West Allis.
