WHEREAS, LaLonde Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Interim City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for 2016 Project No. 2 for  the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in:

South 89^th Street from West National Avenue to West Lincoln Avenue

West Rogers Street from South 92^nd Street to East of South 89^th Street

(PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1216, SP-1223, S-1557, S-1558, S-1559, S-1560, W-1346,

W-1347, W-1348, U-2610, U-2611, U-2612, U-2613)

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
