Title

Ordinance to Adopt Parking Restrictions on the North Side of W. Mitchell St., from 240 feet West of S. 92^nd St. to 310 feet West of S. 92^nd St. 

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:                                           W. Mitchell St.

Block:                                           9200 Block from 240 feet West of 92^nd St. to 310 feet West of 92^nd St.

Side:                                           North

Restriction:                      No Parking Anytime

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
