WHEREAS, J&A Pohl, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Interim City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

J&A Pohl, Inc. - 2012 Project No. 9

for construction of an asphalt parking lot, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, pavement marking, landscaping and utility adjustments in:

Farmers Market Parking Lot

W. Lapham Street and S. 66^th Street

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
