Title

Resolution approving:  (1) 2017 Open Purchase Orders Carryovers, (2) 2017 Departmental/Citywide Carryovers, (3) 2017 Fund Transfers, and (4) 2017 Fund Balance Designations. 

Body

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis is in the process of closing its 2017 fiscal year; and

WHEREAS, certain accounting transactions need to be completed in advance of closing out the year; and

WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the following: (1) 2017 Open Purchase Orders Carryovers, (2) the 2017 Department Carryovers, (3) the 2017 Fund Transfers, and (4) 2017 Fund Balance Designations. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the carryovers, fund transfers, and Fund Balance designations be and hereby are approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is authorized and directed to complete such carryovers, transfers, and designations.
