Resolution Granting a Privilege for Encroachment (Major) to New Owner 2005 CRC, LLC for property located at 2005-2151 South 54th Street & 2006-2142 South 55th Street (Tax Key No. 474-0002-002).

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 26172, adopted September 7, 1999, the City of West Allis granted to FRED-CRC Industrial Plaza a certain Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of a masonry wall (eight inches wide) and a metal canopy on the parapet of the building located at a part of South 55th Street and West Rogers Street on the property located at 2005-2151 South 54th Street & 2006-2142 South 55th Street (“Privilege”); and,
WHEREAS, the property has now changed ownership to 2005 CRC, LLC, who desires to retain the Privilege; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis grants to 2005 CRC, LLC the Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of a masonry wall (eight inches wide) and a metal canopy on the parapet of the building located at a part of South 55th Street and West Rogers Street on the property located at 2005-2151 South 54th Street & 2006-2142 South 55th Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that additional improvements on said area must require prior approval of the Board of Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Privilege on behalf of the City of West Allis.
